With over 35 years of aerospace and defense industry experience, I have dedicated my career to business development, composites manufacturing, and strategic leadership across North America and international markets. My journey has allowed me to work with both small and large aerospace organizations, applying my expertise to drive efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence.

My educational background includes three master’s degrees—Mechanical Engineering (RPI), Executive Management (RPI), and Business & Management Research (Henley-UK), inclusive of doctoral studies. This foundation has equipped me with a technical, managerial, and strategic perspective, allowing me to navigate the complexities of aerospace composites manufacturing and global business operations effectively.

Professionally, I have held key leadership roles in some of the most prominent aerospace organizations. I spent 20 years at Kaman Aerospace, followed by 4 years at ALCOA Composites, 3 years at Texas Instruments, and 2 years at Brunswick Corporation. Throughout my career, I have played an integral role in corporate divestitures, operational turnarounds, and business expansions, including engagements with both ALCOA and Brunswick to support the successful divestiture of their aerospace composites divisions.

My international experience includes five years as an expat in Goa, India, where I served as Chairman of the Management Committee for Kineco Kaman Composites Inc. (KKCI), a joint venture of Kaman Corporation. In addition to my long tenure at Kaman Aerospace, I have also held Director-level positions at ALCOA Aerospace Composites in Connecticut and California, as well as VP/GM roles with Brunswick Corporation, TIGHITCO Aerospace, and the Seitz Corporation.

In 2021, after returning from India, I established Aerospace Composites Consultants to continue my engagement in the industry. My goal is to offer specialized consulting services that help aerospace businesses optimize manufacturing processes, overcome operational challenges, and implement strategic solutions with minimal disruption. Through this work, I provide independent assessments, hands-on leadership, and tailored expertise to ensure businesses achieve sustainable growth and success in an ever-evolving aerospace landscape.
